80829.com allows ELIGIBLE USERS to self
submit information in several categories. To
be eligible to self submit, you must live in
or own a business in the 80829 zip code.
Classified Ads are offered only to private
individuals. Dealers are listed in the
Manitou Springs Yellow Pages and in the
Downtown Manitou Springs listings. Any
business offering employment in 80829.com
may post job listings. Any Real Estate firm
with a physical office located in 80829 and
possessing a Manitou Springs business
license may post Real Estate for sale or
rent within the zip code. Any private
individual with apartments for rent may post
those listings in the real estate listings.
Members of the Central Manitou Springs
Business Improvement District (BID) will be
listed in the Downtown Manitou Springs
section. BID members will be allowed to self
post coupon offers in the Downtown Deal
section of the web site.
A copy of each new posting will be emailed
to the site administrator for review. If the
posting does not meet guidelines, it will be
deleted.
